I got the wrong items in my order

All orders must be examined once received and any incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the goods. No claims can be processed after this time.

Please email customercare@tilestyle.ie with your order reference detailing what item(s) are incorrect and we can then look into it for you. Please also include photos of the incorrect item(s) that you received.
