How are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (9am – 4pm) excluding bank holidays through a network of local and national delivery partners.

Our service is kerbside delivery, which means that orders are left at the nearest accessible location outside the property or apartment block, providing there is a solid, smooth surface suitable for a pallet truck. Please advise us when placing your order if there are any access restrictions or a gravel driveway.

It is a one person delivery service and therefore for insurance reasons, the courier is unable to carry any goods into the building. Please ensure that you have suitable help to carry the items into your property.

In most cases tiles, even in small quantities, need to be delivered on a pallet to reduce the risk of breakages. Pallet deliveries will usually arrive by a tail lift vehicle and be delivered to the nearest accessible location to the property.

Certain bathroom items such as baths, shower screens, shower trays, basins, WCs, mirrors, bathroom furniture and other items also require pallet delivery due to their size and to minimise the risk of damage.
