Can I return my online order?

All returns must be authorised in advance, as returns documentation is required. Failure to contact us beforehand may result in delays in processing your return or the return being refused.

Orders placed online:

You have the right to return stocked items that were purchased online, up to fourteen days after you received the items, provided that the goods and packaging are in perfect and resalable condition.

Please note that you will be responsible for returning the goods to our Warehouse and any associated costs.

A refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods once they have been inspected in our warehouse. We reserve the right not to refund if the goods are deemed as not being in a resalable condition. Any delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Non-stocked and special order items cannot be returned, as they were ordered in especially.
