Can I return leftover tiles?

All returns must be authorised in advance, , as returns documentation is required. Failure to contact us beforehand may result in delays in processing your return or the return being refused.

Orders placed online:

You have the right to return stocked items that were purchased online, up to fourteen 14 days after you received the tiles, provided that the goods and packaging are in perfect and resalable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for returning the goods to our Warehouse and any associated costs.

Please email online@tilestyle.ie if you wish to return an online order, as we need to issue you with the required returns paperwork.

A refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods once they have been inspected in our warehouse. We reserve the right not to refund if the goods are deemed as not being in a resalable condition. Any delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Non-stocked and special order items cannot be returned, as they were ordered in especially.

Orders placed through our Showroom:

You have the right to return stocked tiles that were purchased in our Showroom at full price, up to 14 days after you received the tiles, provided that the goods and packaging are in perfect and resalable condition and we still have the same tile batch in stock.

Please contact the Sales Representative you placed the order with if you wish to return a Showroom order as they will need to issue you with the required returns paperwork.

Please note that you will be responsible for returning the goods to our Warehouse and any associated costs.

A refund/account credit of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods once they have been inspected in our warehouse. We reserve the right not to refund/credit the account if the goods are deemed as not being in a resalable condition. Any delivery charges cannot be refunded/credited.
