Can I return an order placed in the TileStyle Showroom?
Orders placed through our Showroom:
You have the right to return stocked items that were purchased in our Showroom at full price, up to fourteen days after you received the goods, provided that the goods and packaging are in perfect and resalable condition and we still have the same tile batch in stock. Please note that you will be responsible for returning the goods to our Warehouse and any associated costs.
Please contact the Sales Representative you placed the order with if you wish to return a Showroom order.
A refund/account credit of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods once they have been inspected in our warehouse. We reserve the right not to refund/credit the account if the goods are deemed as not being in a resalable condition. Any delivery charges cannot be refunded/credited.
Non-stocked and special order items, including shower screens, panels, enclosures and doors, cannot be returned, as they were ordered in especially.
