Are samples the same as the tiles I’ll receive in my full order?

Samples are intended as a guide only. Shade variation is a characteristic of tile products and colour and tone can vary from piece to piece. There may be a variation between a sample and the subsequent tile order due to different tile production batches.

We also recommend viewing your sample in the room it will be used in so you can see how it looks in that light.

Cut samples are sometimes relevant to several sizes of a tile and should be used as a general visual guide only. Please refer to individual product information sheets for specific thicknesses and details relevant to each size of tile.
