What happens if I am not there when the delivery arrives or the delivery cannot be made?

If we are unable to deliver your order on the scheduled delivery date, either due to no-one available at the address to accept the delivery or due to access issues for a pallet truck, the goods will be returned to our Warehouse and a redelivery charge will apply. We will contact you if this is the case to arrange payment and to then reschedule the delivery.
