My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

We carefully pack and check every order before it leaves us. However, occasionally orders can get damaged in transit.

If your order has unfortunately arrived damaged, please email customercare@tilestyle.ie with photos of the damages/breakages and your order reference so we can look into it for you.

All orders must be examined once received and any damages or issues must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving of the goods. No claims can be processed after this time.
