How long will it take to receive my samples?

We aim to dispatch all sample orders within 3 to 5 working days, depending on availability. Each sample is carefully packaged and includes useful guidance to help with your final selection.

You can also choose to collect your samples from our Warehouse. If the samples are in stock, they should be available to collect within 2 working days. Samples for Ca’Pietra tiles may take longer.
