How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver in stock items within 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays). We'll notify you once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that someone is available at the property to accept the delivery.

While our courier partners make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond their control and we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Please take this into account when planning installation.

For non-stocked or special order items, we will advise you of an estimated lead time. We'll contact you once all the items have arrived at our warehouse and your order is ready for dispatch. Please note that these items are ordered in specifically for you and cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed.
