How do I return my order?

All returns must be authorised in advance, as returns documentation is required. Failure to contact us beforehand may result in delays in processing your return or the return being refused.

Please fill out our contact form if you wish to return an order placed with TileStyle. List the products and quantity you wish to return and why.
