Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make a change to an online order, please email online@tilestyle.ie with your order number as soon as possible.
If you need to make a change to an order placed through our Showroom, please contact the Sales Representative you placed the order through with your order number and they’ll let you know if it is possible to amend the order.
Please note that it is not possible to amend or cancel an order after it has been scheduled for dispatch, or if the goods are special order and the order has been placed with the supplier.
If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawing/cancelling an online order, you can submit your request using our Online Order Withdrawal Form.
Once you submit your request, we'll send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. We'll then review your request and contact you to confirm the next steps.
